Today, the slopes of Croagh Patrick are alive with footsteps, prayers, and stories passed down through generations for Reek Sunday. This annual pilgrimage takes place on the last Sunday of July, honouring St. Patrick, who is said to have fasted for 40 days at the summit in 441 AD.
