Beginning in late 2023, the Pearson Test of English (PTE) will become on of the three designated learning test that economic class applicants will be able to complete to demonstrate their English language proficiency! PTE Essential’s approval means there is not five total language tests available for economic class applicants. Study permit applicants generally need to take an “Academic” version of a language proficiency test. It is not yet known if PTE will have an academic version. Will you be
