The borrowers If you loved Arietty, you need to read The borrowers. The Ghibli film was based off this book, and it has the cozy vibes, and the characters that you loved. I’ve actually listened to the first book on Audible, and enjoyed it thoroughly. If you have a fireplace in your house you should read (or listen) to this book next to it. The first book is pretty much the entire Ghibli movie, and now I’m excited to read the rest of the series to find out what happened to Arietty and her family.
