MELISSA | 6:45 AM satellite indicates the dangerous eye of #Melissa is just 35 miles southwest of Jamaica. The storm will make landfall in Saint Elizabeth parish south of Black River. The extreme Cat 5 winds will only occur 5 miles or less away from the eye. Most will get winds less than 175 mph including Kingston and Montego Bay.
