Southeast District Homicide Investigation In reference to a homicide that occurred in the Southeast District, Baltimore Police need your help in identifying the individuals seen in this video. On May 3, 2025, at 7:23 p.m., 47-year-old Terrance Todd was involved in a dispute outside of a fast food restaurant in the 3400 block of Pulaski Highway.
