This isn’t necessary for IM, FM, Peds, etc., but it can be helpful for more competitive specialties like ENT, derm, Ophtho. It’s also not a comprehensive list, so be sure to ask mentors in the field who are also DOs, esp students 1-2 years ahead of you in training. They will be able to help you expand this list and give you insight into securing away rotations at these programs.
