Mar 6, 2022 · I have the same PSU with a 3600X and an RX 480, so a total TDP of 215W, even at full load the PSU is under 50% load and the fan doesn't start. The 3700X and RX 6800 are at 315W so your PSU will also stayt quiet most of teh times

Oct 6, 2021 · Yes it's more than good, I use a RX 6800 on a 1440p monitor and most of my games are maxed out running at 120fps (monitor is set to 120Hz instead of 144Hz for the Xbox console which won't run 1440/120 at the same time in 144Hz mode). Hopefully you can sell that Vega 64 at a reasonably high price since it's a very popular card among miners.

Feb 18, 2023 · In my example the XFX RX 6800 is set to 1550Mhz whereas an MBA RX 6800XT is at 1940Mhz. Increasing it (currently set at 2000Mhz) improved AIDA 64's GPGPU Mem Copy. Needs further testing (like games) but I know the setting works because the GPU crashes under load if set too high.

Jan 22, 2021 · I have the Asus strix Rx 6800. currently my vram speed is maxed out at 2150 with fast timings. 2600mhz @1025mV. Junction temp is 65° and current temp is 55° with the fan curb ramping up to 100% at 75°. AMD won't allow me to overclock it anymore 😭 I definitely won the silicon lottery. Dec 23, 2021 · If you're gaming @ 1080p, just buy the RX 6800. If you're gaming at 1440p or above, buy the RX 6800 XT Reference cards, the XT is around 8-15% faster. But once you start factoring in custom AIB cards the difference differential between the two 6800 models blows out by a fair bit more.
