Jomashop advertizes a two year warranty, so i sent it back for a repair, should have been easy two new stems, and check out the movement and repair the minute hand which must have c ome loose. I sent it in with proper postage and bubble protection, it was sent back after a month without anyone touching it to make a repair.

Here’s my Jomashop philosophy: I have bought watches from them, and they have been delivered pretty quickly just as described and keeping good time. No issues there. HOWEVER, I would be wary of buying super expensive watches from Joma. As others have stated, watches from Jomashop do not come with a manufacturer’s warranty.

Jan 23, 2024 · Here is the rule you NEEED to know for JOMASHOP. If the item says ‘in stock’ it will ship within 1 day. If the item says ‘ships in 1-3 days’ then it will ship in ‘1-3 days’. Depending on how far away you live from New York (where jomashop is located) , will impact how much time it takes once the ships.

Jomashop now has the watch serviced/repaired by an outside watchmaker. They botch the job, since Jomashop wants to do it on the cheap. Watch is now sold on to customer B. Hence why some people get watches with damage and/or dust or gasket issues, when they are supposedly new. I'd NEVER buy a watch from them based on all the reports I've seen.

Jomashop is a nightmare company and I urge you to just go ahead and spend a bit more to avoid them. I ordered a watch from them about a week ago, received it today. I got the wrong color. I havent got to try viking yet and i just got git for the first time last week. I was incredibly happy with it and theres a big change on the dry down from the top note for me too but i enjoy it just as much.
