It appears that someone just colored the face of the person with white color and changed the eyes. I can still see the borders of the person face, less pale, in contrast with the intense white drawned.

Sep 5, 2021 · If you read through the entire thing, at the end it says that "many have drifted away from the idea that Heather's picture is the base of the picture" which makes sense since many things like the shoulder and hair don't line up. I don't think the girl is the base for Jeff the killer, it was just in a similar pose so it kinda seemed like it.
