The only way I can get no screen tearing without without mouse lag is to limit it to 60fps via msiafterburner/rivatuner and then set the game to windows borderless. But when using Windows Borderless I get sporadic 'hiccups' during gameplay.

GTA V is much more 'Hollywood' than IV because LS is much brighter, glitzier and more glamorous than LC. That said I do prefer IV. the car physics are much better IMO. Cars have a real weight to them, plus the character movement is a lot more responsive in IV. Reply reply.
