Oct 21, 2020 · Best Buy is an authorized Apple reseller and repair service. Their prices should be the same as Apple's for out of warranty battery replacement. I had my iPhone 7+ battery replaced at a local Best Buy and they used a genuine Apple battery and charged me the same as Apple would for an out of warranty battery replacement.

Sep 28, 2024 · Update- this iPad is a good deal. 5 charging cycles and in perfect condition, battery at 100%. 48 days left for Apple Care. So basically barely used. Just thought people should know in case you’re in the US and considering Best Buy open box. The only thing off was the box which had some ugly tape and marker on it (who cares).

Dec 12, 2020 · Nearest Best Buy is much closer than the nearest Apple Store which is 100 miles away. Rather than mail it to Apple and chose to drop it off at Best Buy to speed up the repair process. WRONG!!!!! They've had my watch for 2 weeks and no word on when the repair would be completed. I'm glad I also have a Series 6.

Jan 19, 2022 · So I have an iPad 8 (2020 model) and the lightning connector is damaged - a cable broke off in there. and in my infinite wisdom I tried getting it out myself with glue etc. I tried my luck with Apple and they got it out, but said I had damaged the port (surprise surprise), and now charging is very sporadic
