The way you can tell is by how vigorously Amazon pushes Prime membership. They don't do that because WE save/make money, they do it because THEY save/make money. And this is a zero sum game, so them making money is the same as us losing it. Personally, I don't use Prime because I'd rather have lower prices than faster shipping.

She is worried that if she cancels her student prime, that she will lose her order history and (more importantly) the photos she has on Amazon photos tied to that account.

Aug 18, 2022 · More likely is that you somehow installed or updated the Shopping app from Google Play store that overwrote the Amazon version. The Google Play version gives that message because of the commission fight between Google and Amazon. You should search for the Amazon app in Google Play store and specify that it not auto-update.

I’m shopping mainly on the iOS mobile app, so the option to select individual items isn’t always available.

I received prime benefits instantly.

Oct 22, 2023 · I used my BOA Customized Cash Rewards Card for the Amazon Prime annual fee about one month ago. I received 5.25% cash back—so it must have coded as either online shopping or streaming. My guess is online shopping. I think any Amazon purchase would be considered online shopping.

May 25, 2020 · A friend suggested using a different zip code in the Amazon website to see if that would jog the Prime filter. I entered Phoenix - worked like a charm. After seeing the results, I reset the location to my original zc (00685) and I now have my Prime checkbox back again.
