Brian Moser, aka The Ice Truck Killer, is a character in the Showtime series DEXTER. He is the first main antagonist in the series, and one of Debra Morgan's lovers. Living under the alias of Rudy Cooper, Brian begins a strange killing spree.

Brian Moser, also known as the Ice Truck Killer, the N.H.I Killer, and by the assumed alias Rudy Cooper, is the secondary antagonist of the Dexter television franchise and a major character in the novel series of the same name.

As a result of a terrible tragedy during the Shipping Yard Massacre, Brian would eventually grow up to become the N.H.I. Serial Killer and the Secondary Antagonist of Dexter: Original Sin. Later in his life he would also go on to become the Ice Truck Killer and the Main Antagonist of Season One in the original series.
