Mar 21, 2005 · There usually is a return fee. If you have a Disney Store open near you, you may be able to return the merchandise there to save on the return fee. Make sure to take the receipt/invoice with you. If the return is ShopDisney 's fault (e.g. defective merchandise, wrong item sent), they should cover the return fee.
