The titles and photos should be very clear about which option they are buying. I don't sell downloadable art. But, I do sell physical prints. I have found selling physical reproductions of my art on Etsy to be profitable.

I love making designs and seeing them come to life on cards, prints, wrapping paper, mirrors etc. Maybe that ability to make prints (cards, etc) will spark your creativity.
