Jun 20, 2022 · Some anecdotal info: a colleague of mine did use Tensorflow with ROCm on RX 580 card sometime around the middle of 2019. They were training a Mask-RCNN. The performance was 1.5 times lower than on 1070 though. I assume that RX 6xxx would work no worse than that. EDIT: PM me if you have a small ready-to-use training example.
