Dec 9, 2024 · The Vietnamese electric car manufacturer VinFast has announced the construction of its second plant in Vietnam in order to double its production capacity in the country from 300,000 to 600,000 vehicles. The new factory in Ha Tinh province will mainly produce the VF 3 and VF 5 models for both domestic sales and export, according to the company.
