Feb 23, 2016 · I use Charter.net email for my Microsoft sign in account. Mail doesn't work with the auto configuration and doesn't give me an option to delete it or even an option to go to advanced settings to fix it. This occurs on multiple laptops and also seen the same question on several forums specifically for Charter, with no answer.

Dec 8, 2023 · I could receive emails but not send on both my phone and my laptop. I had mobile.charter.net as the server for both incoming and outgoing. I switched the outgoing server to mail.charter.net on both devices and now I can send on both devices! Thank you Carl Greenwald!

Oct 20, 2010 · When receiving emails from my server, Charter Communications, they go to that email box as well as my Outlook email box. When I delete emails in my Outlook email box, even though they may be just a few, all of the emails disappear in my Charter Communications box.
