2023 CEPCI® updates: December (prelim.) and November (final)
Feb 14, 2024 · The preliminary value for the CE Plant Cost Index® (CEPCI; top) for December 2023 (the most recent available) edged slightly higher than the previous month’s value, reversing a trend of dereasing values for the past six months. Within the overall CEPCI® value, small upticks were observed in the Equipment, Buildings and Construction Labor subindices.
2024 CEPCI updates: January (prelim.) and December 2023 (final)
Mar 14, 2024 · Th e preliminary value for the CE Plant Cost Index ® (CEPCI) for January 2024 (most recent available and first data available for this year) increased compared to the previous month. This increase is the second consecutive monthly rise, and is larger than the previous gain. The January increase was largely driven by increases in the Equipment and Buildings subindices.
