Search teams found the body of the second of two teenage brothers who was missing and presumed drowned in the Thermalito Afterbay since mid-December, the Butte County Sheriff's Office said Monday.

The sheriff's office said at 9:12 a.m., a citizen walking walking on the west bank of the Thermalito Afterbay, just south of the Highway 162 bridge, spotted the body in the water and called 911.
