The Texas Volleyball team had the Kentucky Wildcats at match point twice, but the Wildcats roared back to win finals of the SEC Tournament.
SAVANNAH, Ga. (WKYT) - After falling behind 2-0, Kentucky reverse sweeps Texas to capture the SEC Tournament Championship, beating the Longhorns 3-2. Kentucky is the first SEC Tournament champion in 20 years since the last tournament in 2005. This is also Kentucky’s 6th all-time SEC Tournament Title and first since 1988.
SEC Player of the Year Eva Hudson hammered home 25 kills across 5 set as Kentucky completed the reverse sweep of the Longhorns after falling behind 2 sets to none.
