SEASIDE HEIGHTS -- The state's largest polar plunge takes over the borough's beachfront on Feb. 22, and thousands are expected to participate in the annual fundraiser for New Jersey Special Olympics.

They came from far and wide to take the polar plunge into the icy Atlantic Ocean at Seaside Heights. When it was over they raised $2.5 million.
