Two people are facing multiple counts of animal neglect after nearly two dozen dogs were found suffering from heat exhaustion at a property in Redmond.

A Multnomah County Facilities employee was arrested Thursday for shoplifting from a Jantzen Beach hardware store, according to the Portland Police Bureau.
