Jay Johnson and the LSU Tigers will return to Alex Box Stadium on Friday to begin a three-game series against the Omaha Mavericks. Johnson and Co. enter the series riding a four-game winning streak after sweeping the Purdue Fort Wayne Mastodons followed by a victory over the Southern Jaguars.

Representatives from each school are working to re-schedule the game at a later date, and the new date and time is expected to be announced later this (Wednesday) afternoon.

LSU baseball started its second series of the year against Omaha with a 4-2 win and another dominant performance on the mound.
