Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear declared a state of emergency ahead of a winter storm Saturday. According to a release from the office of Gov. Beshear, the storm is expected to bring snow, ice and freezing temperatures Sunday afternoon which could cause power outages and dangerous road conditions.
