A Seneca man faces fraud charges after allegedly using an Oconee County government card for $4,014 in unauthorized purchases, officials said.

Julius Bishop was arrested on June 18 for charges of third-degree assault and battery and pointing and presenting a firearm.

In November, the Southern Coalition for Social Justice filed an appeal on behalf of the Brookhaven Community Association against the City of Greenville and RaceTrac, Inc.
