A search and recovery team is tirelessly searching for 8-year-old Clara Robinson from Oklahoma, who has been missing since Christmas Eve after floodwaters swept away her family's car in Sherman.

Friday marks one month since the 8-year-old was swept away by floodwaters after a vehicle accident along US 75 that claimed the life of her father. From drones to K9 units to helicopters, search efforts have been ongoing, and authorities remain focused on finding the young girl.

SHERMAN, Texas (KXII) - Texas EquuSearch took over the operation to find Clara Robinson. TE Field Operations Manager, Mark Edwards, decided to start from ground zero where the chaos began on Christmas Eve in Sherman.

Friday marks a month since Clara Robinson was swept away by floodwaters on Christmas Eve, and Texas EquuSearch has taken the lead in the search, using specialized resources like drones and K-9 teams to expand their efforts this weekend.

The Sherman Police Department had more help in its search for eight-year-old Clara Robinson this week. Texas Equusearch joined crews Tuesday as they continue to search for the child that went missing following a Christmas Eve wreck that took the life of her father Will Robinson.
