The CBS show "Elsbeth," which has filmed in Westchester many times before (think Westchester Community College, the Michaelian Office Building on Martine Avenue in White Plains and Yonkers City Hall), was back at it again Dec. 11 with eagle-eye onlookers (including lohud's own Matt Richter) spotting crews in action in downtown White Plains.
