Splitting time with Bauers at first will be Vaughn, who has crushed the baseball ever since joining the Brewers and homering in his first at-bat July 7. That said, Vaughn hasn’t homered since Aug. 15 but produced nevertheless by driving in 46 runs in his 64 games with Milwaukee.
