Amber Alert canceled for missing 3-year-old boy out of Asheville
An Amber Alert has been issued Sunday for a missing 3-year-old boy. Taj Malik Massey is a 3-year-old boy with black hair and brown eyes. He's approximately 2 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 35 pounds. Massey was last seen wearing a blue/black jacket. The victim is believed to be with a person whose identity is unknown.
AMBER Alert canceled after 15-year-old girl found safe
Authorities said the girl's biological mother, Megan LeCour, took her daughter amid a custody battle. LeCour, 31, had not been taken into custody at the time the AMBER Alert was canceled. A previous version of this story is below with the child's name removed to protect her identity.
