On Tuesday, the organization announced that 50 dogs from two separate rescues and 25 cats found at an abandoned property in Phelps County were coming to their facility.

The Humane Society of Missouri's 4th Annual Day of Giving Tuesday aims to support their Animal Cruelty Task Force, which has rescued over 15,000 animals across Missouri in 2024.
