Delgado, a 24-year-old Gulf Breeze resident with cerebral palsy, was a member of the first graduating class Friday of Arc Gateway’s PALS program.

Elle Erling, one of the Imagine Ballet dancers, is in her second year working with the PALS class too. "It's heartwarming, it's amazing," Erling said.
