NORFOLK, Va. — A single-car crash in Norfolk on Thursday night has led to the death of one man.

Plans are moving forward for a new Maury High School in Norfolk's Ghent a neighborhoods. It's a project that's been the works for the last several years to address the current aging building.

Bigger sidewalks, bike lanes, and more trees are some of the upgrades outlined in the Atlantic Avenue Improvement Project that could cost upwards of $75 million.
