Two Latvian men were arrested in Naples on Wednesday after confessing to their involvement in a gift card scheme across Florida.

Police say the men would steal gift cards, put a fake bar code on them and put it back on the shelf. If a customer scanned it, the gift card would be redirected to a criminal's bank account.
