Officials say a four-story prayer hall in an Islamic boarding school on Indonesia’s main island of Java has collapsed on dozens of pupils who were praying in it, killing at least one male student.

A Dutch commission ruled the haul, which includes the Java Man skull cap, was seized 'against the will of the local population', clearing the way for its unconditional repatriation.
