It’s the second time this week Giuliani has been held in contempt. Manhattan-based U.S. District Judge Lewis Liman entered the contempt order against Giuliani after finding he had failed to adequately respond to Moss and Freeman’s efforts to obtain information related to their efforts to collect the massive defamation judgment.

A judge in New York found Giuliani in contempt of court on Monday for failing to comply with orders to turn over information about his assets to two former election workers.

Rudy Giuliani has been held in contempt of court for the second time in a week, as the former New York mayor and top Trump lawyer’s fall from grace continues because of the false information he spread after the 2020 election.
