Good news, bibliophiles: bookstores are making a comeback in 2025. In January, bookstore chain Barnes & Noble announced that it's set to open at least 60 new stores this year, per the Financial Times.

Barnes and Noble had become a sort of book-ish convenience store lined with aisles and an endless, almost encyclopedic, amount of books provided at every location.
