Heavy amounts of lake-effect snow have buried several Ontario communities this season, with the open lakes and the frigid cold creating a near-constant snow machine.

Snow squalls will fall on eastern Ontario Sunday morning, according to Environment Canada. The agency also issued a statement about strong winds expected Monday for residents of Kingston and other communities on Lake Ontario.
