Groundbreaking music executive Dave Shapiro has died in a San Diego plane crash. He was 42. The music agency Sound Talent Group confirmed Shapiro died in the crash.

In the early morning of May 22, a private plane crashed in San Diego neighborhood leaving six people dead, all of whom were on board. One of the victims on the crash was identified as 42-year-old Dave Shapiro.
