GRAND RAPIDS, MI - The Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE) has issued a permit for the Grand River restoration project. In May, the city submitted a revised permit application in partnership with Grand Rapids WhiteWater (GRWW) for a modified design for the lower reach of the Grand River downtown.
