A lucky Massachusetts State Lottery player won $50,000 through Powerball on Saturday. The winning ticket was sold at a convenience store in Norwood. Saturday night’s winning numbers were 10, 16, 32, 61 and 66 and the Powerball number was 4.

An Illinois man recycled the numbers from an old, long-forgotten Powerball ticket and ended up winning a $1 million prize as a result of the decision.

"It truly is luck," she told the Virginia Lottery in a Sept. 25 news release. The winner got richer after stopping at J W's Express convenience store in her hometown of Farmville, a roughly 65-mile drive southwest from Richmond. While there, officials said "something told her" to spend $30 on Powerball tickets.
