The family of Richard Tillman, who crashed and set fire to a San Jose post office, stated he is battling severe mental health issues and securing proper care has proven impossible.

A driver was arrested on Sunday for crashing a vehicle into a post office in San Jose, Calif., and setting the building ablaze, the authorities said.

Pat Tillman starred for the Arizona State football team and was part of the Sun Devils' 1997 Rose Bowl squad.
