Mexico's president says that the U.S. deported 5,282 people alone to Mexico in the first week of Donald's Trump second administration.

Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum says the majority of those people are Mexican citizens, but some are third-country migrants that Mexico is now repatriating.

While President Donald Trump has threatened to punish local law enforcement if they do not help carry out mass deportations, some have said they still won’t comply. In Texas, though, that hasn’t really been an option since mid-2017.
