Matt LaFleur is under fire after subjecting Jordan Love and Christian Watson to relatively meaningless snaps in Week 18.

Despite exiting Sunday's loss against the Chicago Bears, Packers QB Jordan Love and coach Matt LaFleur had re-assurances for fans.

The Green Bay Packers are crawling into the playoffs, as they suffered a crushing 24-22 loss vs. the Chicago Bears in Week 18, while also losing star quarterback Jordan Love to an elbow injury early in the contest as well. After the game, Packers head coach Matt LaFleur dropped an interesting update on Love's injury status.

While it always seemed pretty obvious that the Packers were holding Love out to be safe, his health was obviously a hot topic of conversation during Matt LaFleur's postgame press conference. LaFleur – who typically plays it pretty coy when it comes to postgame injury updates – wasted no time reassuring everyone that Love was fine.

In simplest terms, Kevin O’Connell outcoached LaFleur, and Sam Darnold outplayed Love, and the Minnesota Vikings led nearly wire-to-wire in beating the Green Bay Packers 27-25 at U.S. Bank Stadium.
