Ukraine has halted Russian gas supplies to European customers through a Ukraine's pipeline network, almost three years into Moscow’s all-out invasion of its southern neighbor.

Russian gas supplies to Europe via Ukraine will end on January 1. Ukraine's Naftogaz has refused to renew its transit deal with Gazprom. Austria and Slovakia are the most affected. Alternative supplies include liquefied natural gas and pipelines from other countries.
