Police cadet catches suspected package thief during toy delivery in South Boston
A Boston Police Cadet's vigilance led to the arrest of a suspected package thief during a holiday toy delivery in South Boston on Tuesday. At approximately 11:45 a.m. on Dec. 24, officers assigned to District C-6 arrested 34-year-old Kerri Flynn of South Boston for multiple larceny-related offenses.
