Back in June, before a key deadline, the Cincinnati Bengals and Hamilt on County agreed to a Paycor Stadium lease agreement to keep the team there into the mid-2030s. The new 10-year agreement again featured options for five two-year extensions with improvements up to $470 million in a $350-$120 million split between county and team, respectively.

Just hours after the county's meeting, the Bengals said in a statement that they had not seen the version of the lease county commissioners approved.

Hamilton County Commissioners voted 2-1 on July 31 to approve a full new lease agreement for Paycor Stadium that would expire in 2036.
