SACRAMENTO, Calif. — A 64-year-old man accused of shooting at the ABC10 building will remain in jail after a federal judge denied him bail Thursday in Sacramento.
Geoffrey Todd West, 50, is scheduled to be executed by nitrogen gas Thursday night at the William C. Holman Correctional Facility in south Alabama.
