No one won the $1 billion Mega Millions jackpot in Tuesday’s drawing, but five tickets sold in Georgia still won a nice chunk of change.

A lucky winner hit the $10,000 Mega Millions drawing thanks to a ticket bought in Perry, the Georgia Lottery announced Monday. The ticket for the drawing on Dec. 20 was purchased at Circle K at 1424 Sam Nunn Blvd. The winning numbers were announced at 11 p.m. that day.

A Georgia lottery player didn’t hit the Powerball jackpot — but still walked away with $100,000. The lucky player snagged the six-figure prize after matching four numbers and the Powerball in the drawing Wednesday, Dec. 18, just missing the estimated $71 million jackpot, results show.
