Cooper Flagg has signed with the Dallas Mavericks on a four-year rookie deal, the franchise announced. Terms of the contract for the 2025 NBA Draft's No. 1 pick were not disclosed, but Flagg is set to make $62.7 million over the deal per the NBA's rookie salary scale for the 2025-26 season.

Just over a week ago, dreams became reality for a number of NBA Draft prospects — including former Duke Blue Devils stars Kon Knueppel and Cooper Flagg, who were not only teammates, but also roommates in Durham.

The latest example of the booming market for Flagg collectibles came Tuesday afternoon, when his NBA Draft Combine jersey sold for $22,860 at Sotheby’s. According to Market Movers, the market for Flagg cards has heated up over the past 90 days, with sales volume surging nearly 300% to more than $400,000 over the time period.
